A Footpeg with a Proven Purpose.

Better peg traction & much improved comfort while not changing the characteristic of how the peg feels.

The Impact Moto Peg, Patent # US 6390488, accomplishes this by isolating the cleat from touching metal to metal, resulting in the rider experiencing less vibration and abuse transferred to the foot. With the Impact Moto Peg your foot will stay planted, while your feet, ankles and knees feel better. This adds up to a better day on the bike.

How does it perform?

Proofed out in the notoriously choppy, teeth chattering, West Rim in Southern Utah, a trail that is initially so harsh with slick rock ripples many find an alternate route to the “good stuff.”   This was the perfect proving ground for the Impact Moto Peg, as often riders feet vibrate or bounce off of the pegs from the continual chatter. With the Impact Moto Peg the harshness of the rocks was squelched, the riders feet stayed on the pegs, and brutality of the notorious chop tamed. Further the slick rock drops provided the perfect opportunity to test the how the Impact Moto Peg performed on massive impacts. Our test riders repeatedly launched big rocks to flat landings, noticing none of the sharp pain or sting shooting through their feet to their lower back as they would with any other peg.

What is the Impact Moto Peg made out of?

Both the cleat and the base are made out of 7075 T6 aluminum, providing the best structural integrity and wear resistance. The cleat is 77mm long by 58mm wide to provide additional support for your foot. 13 5mm Inserts are positioned for optimal traction and wear resistance. The base is shot peened and anodized, while the cleat is hard anodized for wear resistance. The cleat is isolated from touching metal to metal through our base elastomer on the bottom, and cup elastomers on top. 10.9 bolts secure the cleat to the base, making the Impact Moto Peg not only the best performing, but the strongest aluminum peg on the market.

Features:

  1. Absorbs vibration and abuse.

The elastomer absorbs vibration allowing your feet to remain better planted on the pegs. High-frequency abuse like spikes, jolts, and bumps are also dramatically reduced through the cushion of the elastomer.

  2. Exceptional traction

A combination of our tooth profile coupled with minimized vibration, and larger platform (77mm x 58mm,) literally grabs hold of the bottom of your boot.

  3. Hard Anodized 7075 T6 Aluminum

Provides exceptional construction, strength and wear resistance.

  4. Orange, Red, or Blue to suit you.

All Impact Moto Pegs have a black body with either orange, red or blue elastomers of your choice to suit your personal touch.

Small improvement

Put them on my 2021 KTM 500 EXC. Reduced vibration a small amount but was hoping for a lot more. Not a game changer. They perform well as footpegs overall and are very sturdy.

Awesome products!

I have purchased flexx bars and impact moto pegs from fasst and they are both outstanding! Quality products and great customer service. If you’re looking for reduced riding fatigue, comfort and style, their products are the way to go. 100% recommend!

Great for certain environments

I've had the faast pegs on my 501 for about 2 years and I definitely would say they make a difference in vibration, but I will say that they aren't the best for rocky environments. I was riding this weekend and had one shear off at the base 5 miles into a 60 mile ride.

I will say I feel like I got good life out of these pegs. Just not ideal for the terrain I ride.

If you don't ride rocks or similar terrain this is a great peg.

Revolutionary.. Stop thinking about it and just pull the trigger-

I’ve ridden and raced a lot of bikes a lot of miles ( most recently across Peru chasing the Dakar ) .. from the old XR600’s and CR500’s to the new 300’s/450’s and 500exc’s. One thing has never changed.. bikes vibrate. Newer bikes may have counterbalancers, digital injection, and fancy mapping, but they still shake! I’ve run flexx bars for years, but only recently got onboard with their new impact pegs- While you can adjust the force you put on your bars through different angles or profiles.. you cannot really adjust how much weight you put on your pegs ( unless you can ride standing on alternating legs 😀 ). I ride standing 95% of the time.. meaning I have all my weight on my feet and pegs all the time! The difference in these pegs and the vibration they absorb before it gets into your soles ( and then transmitted to the balls of your feet and your calves ) is night and day! If you ever doubted their efficacy, you only need to take your foot of the peg and lean the sole of your boot on the side of your engine or frame and feel the battle going on between all the metal in your engine that your missing out on! Stop thinking about it and just get a set.. you’ll never look back! Flexx bars and these impact pegs make 10 hours of abuse on the bike feel like a walk in the park, and don’t leave you regretting pulling your boots on every day after!

They Work!

I have a 2019 ktm 500 exc and was looking to upgrade the pegs. after installing a set of fasst flex bars with impressive results I thought I would give Jason at Fasst a call, he answered all my questions assured me I would notice a difference and placed my order, great guy!. Thought I would put these pegs to the test on my favorite narly single track in castac CA. With my Wingman riding a 2018 450 exc with stock pegs. After about 30 miles we switched bikes and right away I missed my Flexx handle bars " he had stock KTM" so then I compared the feel of the stock pegs with the moto impact pegs. A little more vibration but not that big of a difference. So we switched bikes back, I'm now back on my 500 and right after I took off and hit some narly stuff I could feel the difference. Not as jolting to your feet, knees, back and neck. I'll be honest it's very suttle but they work. I'm 57 years old and My though about these pegs is that if you plan on riding into your 70s any less wear n tear on your body is well worth the investment, if you haven't bought the bars yet do it right n buy both👍
